Unsubscribe and consent
Every email carries a visible, one-click way out.
Leaving your list should be as easy as joining it. Seamline makes sure it is.
- Every email to a subscriber includes an unsubscribe link.
- If a working link cannot be created for an email, that email is not sent.
- One click unsubscribes. No login, no "are you sure?" page, no survey in the way.
- Unsubscribing from you does not affect any other creator’s list.
- After someone unsubscribes, they receive no further emails from you through Seamline.
- Seamline never quietly re-subscribes anyone.
The signup form itself says "Unsubscribe anytime", so people know the way out before they join.
If a subscriber has trouble with a link, they can contact us and we will remove them directly.
Responding to an event gives consent for that event’s service notices only. Optional newsletter consent is a separate choice and is off by default. Cancelling an event does not subscribe its guests to marketing updates.
Consent and preferences are checked before dispatch. If someone withdraws consent, saved marketing follow-up is held or cancelled according to the current policy. A retry cannot override that choice.
